Who we are and what we do.

Clark Plastics was established as a spin-off of  Solid City to tap the growing business potential in the bustling North Luzon Growth Corridors. The groundbreaking of Clark Plastics at the Clark Special Economic Zone was held last March 15, 1995 and its operation started on November 02, 1995. The formal inauguration of Clark Plastics was celebrated last November 24, 1995.

Kita Corporation is a sister company of Clark Plastics under the Solid Group of Companies .  It engages in the manufacture of electronic appliances such as color TV, stereo sound system, and others under the Aiwa brand. 

In May 2004, Clark Plastics Manufacturing Corporation was merged with Kita Corporation.  Clark Plastics is now Kita Corporation after the merger.
